Choose your preferred Tata Walky Postpaid Plan from the following

Terms & Conditions:

• ROW 1 consists of Australian Territories, central Africa Republic, Cook Island, CUBA, Diego Garcia, East Timor, Falkland Island, Greenland, Guinea Bissau, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue Island, Sao Tome & Principe, Solomon Islands, St. Helena, Tokelau Island, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
• INMARSAT charges are as per a 15 Milli-Seconds Pulse
• Customers are recommended to use Huawei 2252+ for Internet Surfing
• Minimum commitment of Rs. 150/- worth Voice calling compulsory for first 12 Months
• In FVP Daily Plan, unused Free Minutes on any given day will be forfeited
• Unlimited Data download will be capped at 15 GB / Month as per the Fair Usage Policy
• In FVP Jumbo Plan, unused Free Minutes on any given day will be forfeited
• In Ulta plan on the first 300 min are charges at 30p/min, usage beyond 300STD mins will be charged at 50p/min

Blackout days for 2012:

No Free / Discounted / Promotional rates would be applied on sending SMS on the following days:

• During Black Out Days GSM and CDMA (Mobile and Walky) prepaid subscribers SMS will be charged Rs.0.60 / Rs.1.20 / Rs.5.00 for Local / National / International SMS respectively or Rs.1.00 / Rs.1.50 / Rs.5.00 for Local / National / International SMS respectively depending on their base tariff plan.
• During Black Out Days, for voice calls, all subscribers under all product categories and all tariff plans, will be charged as per their base tariff plan.
• During Black Out Days GSM postpaid subscribers will be charged Rs.0.60 / Rs.1.20 / Rs.5.00 for Local / National / International SMS respectively.
• BODs are applicable across all tariff plans in prepaid and all add-on packs offering concessional / free SMS and Voice rate cutters.
• Above Black Out Days are applicable to prepaid CDMA, and Walky subscribers under the brand “TATA INDICOM” of TATA Teleservices Limited.
