Documents required:

• Passport sized photograph
• Proof of identification: Driving license/Pan card/voter's card/any government issued identity card
• Proof of residence: Electricity Bill, Landline Bill, Water Bill, Passport copy, driving license, etc (Where Water/landline/electricity bill is provided for proof of residence, it should not be more than 3 months old)

Select a number & fill in the CAF & TEF forms.

Within few minutes you are all set to use your brand new Tata Walky!

Tata Walky Prepaid customers will have to, by default purchase the Starter Kit @ Rs.50 to activate their Prepaid connection. After activation they can opt for any other Prepaid Tariff Plan.

• Passport sized photograph (Self Attested)
• Proof of identification: Driving license/Pan card/voter's card/any government issued identity card with your signature.
