Get details of your bill, activate and deactivate Value Added Services and even subscribe to Add-on Packs -- simply by sending an SMS to 121.

To get your outstanding bill details, SMS BILL to 121.

To request for a Duplicate Bill, SMS DUPBILL MON where MON is the first three letters of the month. For e.g. To get a duplicate bill for the month of June, SMS DUPBILL JUN.

To get your bills by email, SMS ebill . For e.g. ebill atul.gupta@hotmail.com.

Get all the Tata Indicom Value Added Services by sending an SMS to 121 for:

You can also use our customer-friendly Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service as another means to get a solution to your needs. You could register your complaints, request for a duplicate bill and do lots more via IVR.

To start, simply call 121 from your Walky or mobile. After the welcome prompt, choose your preferred language. You can set this as your default language for future use. Then just follow the simple IVR instructions.






  • With the newly launched 'My Indicom' service, you can manage your Tata Indicom account from the comfort of your home or office. All you need to do is visit our website www.tataindicom.com and register yourself for 'My Indicom'. Once you register, you can take advantage of this facility to make using your Tata Indicom phone so much more convenient.
  • View bills of the last three months online.
  • Analyse and segregate personal and official calls.
  • Request for your bills via email. SMS ebill followed by your email id to 121 to get your bill via email.
  • Pay your monthly bills online through your credit card (Master Card, Visa or Diners) or Internet banking account (Citibank, HDFC Bank, SBI, PNB, IDBI and ICICI).
  • View, edit or modify your profile online.
  • Club two different accounts into one 'My Indicom' account. This allows you to view details of other accounts that have been clubbed to your account.
