In case you are not satisfied with the response of the Customer Service Centre, please feel free to contact the Nodal Officer of your circle with your complaint reference number and details of the complaint / grievance. The Nodal Officer will revert to you through your preferred mode of contact, with a resolution / response within 10 days of the registration of the complaint.

You will receive a call back within 4 working hours (Monday to Friday: 10 am to 5.30 pm)

Appellate Authority

In case you are dissatisfied with the resolution provided by the Nodal Officer, you can appeal to the appellate authority, as the final mechanism for grievance redressal. The appellate authority entertains complaints during weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 am to 5:30 am. To register a complaint, click on the following link –
