Customer Charter

We pledge to address your every bill dispute within 72 hours failing to which we will compensate you.

  • Addressing the billing complaints from customers within three(3) working days, failing which we will compensate our customers with Rs.25/- for every additional day taken to resolve the complaint, subject to maximum of the last billed amount in case of postpaid or last recharge amount in case of prepaid
  • This offer will be applicable to all Tata Walky Postpaid, Prepaid, PCO, R-Dell & Parsec customers.
  • This offer will not apply to Corporate enterprise customers.
  • Billing complaints due to fraudulent cloning calls are not eligible for compensation.

Not applicable in Mumbai, Maharashtra & Goa circles

We pledge to attend to your call within 90 seconds, failing which we will call you back.

  • In case we are unable to answer the call within 90 seconds, we will give our customer the option of registering a call back request. For all such requests the call back will be made within 2 hours.
  • Customer has to choose the call back option at the IVR level in order to receive the call back.
  • Call backs will be made only between 8 am to 8 pm.
  • This offer is available only for Tata Indicom Postpaid customers.

Not applicable in Mumbai, Maharashtra & Goa circles

We pledge to offer you a 7 day free trial of the value added service of your choice.

  • This offer will be applicable to Tata Walky Postpaid and Prepaid customers, who have not tried the service anytime in the past
  • There will be no auto-renewal once the free trial period is over and the customer will have to subscribe separately for use of the feature.
