Terms & Conditions

1. The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens (Individuals) residing in India aged 18 years or above, who are valid subscribers of  Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited.
2. The Contest is not open for public limited company, private limited company, Government bodies, Social service organization or any other organization or company.
3. The Contest is not open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents, vendors and suppliers of Tata Teleservices Limited and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited [“TTML”], Shemaroo Entertainment Pvt. Ltd (Shemaroo) and the relatives of such persons.
4. The medium of participation in the Contest is through calling on TTML voice portal 577888.
5. The Contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer. The Contest is valid from _________ (start date) to _________ (one month from start date).
6. The Contest is valid only in Mumbai and Rest of Maharashtra
7. The charges for calling on TTML voice portal 577888 is Rs.2/min and the charges paid by the subscribers are towards the service and no additional charge is collected from the subscribers for the Contest.
8. The participation in the Contest is purely voluntary. The Contest consists of answering total of 90 questions pertaining to 9 popular Bollywood celebrities. Subscribers can maximize their scores by correctly answering the 90 questions multiple times during the validity of the Contest.
9. The subscriber understands that the prizes under the Contest are provided by the Shemaroo. The acceptance of the prize/s by subscriber shall be deemed to be an independent transaction between the subscriber and the Shemaroo. TTML does not guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, features or capabilities/utility of the prize offered to winner of the Contest and cannot be held responsible and liable in this connection. TTML will not entertain any claims in this regard and all the legal remedies in such cases to the subscriber shall lie solely against the Shemaroo. TTL shall not, and is not expected or required to, mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between subscriber and Shemaroo.
10. Cash prize of Rs. 500/- shall be awarded to the highest scorer of the day. To qualify for the cash price, the subscriber should correctly answer at least 20 questions in a day aggregating maximum points on that particular day. Bumper prize of 10 gm gold coin shall be awarded at the end of the Contest. To qualify as a bumper prize winner, contestants have to answer all the 90 questions correctly earning maximum points over the period of 1 month. Incase of a tie for both, the Cash prize and the Bumper prize, winners will be selected randomly by TTML. The decision of TTML shall be final and binding on the subscribers of the Contest. TTL shall entertain no dispute in this respect.
11. The winner/s shall be intimated within 60 days of conclusion of Contest by TTML by way of telecalling. In the event of no response from the concerned winner to the phone call, then he will be intimated by way of SMS communication. If the winner does not respond to the SMS within 30 days of the SMS communication, then the winner will be intimated through registered post. If the concerned winner does not respond to the registered post communication within the specified number of days then his prize will be forfeited.
12. The prize gifts will be distributed within 30 days from the acknowledgement of the acceptance of the prize by the concerned winner in response to the communication from TTML.
13. The prize will have to be collected by the winner from the office of TTML by providing a valid photo identification proof of the winner.
14. The prize shall be awarded only to the winner in whose name the mobile phone number is registered. Apart from the entitlement to the above prize, the winner/s or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims under the Contest.
15. The winner should have cleared all the dues towards TTML as the case may be.
16. TTML has the right to modify/amend/alter/cease and change the Contest (or any of these terms) without notice or intimation to the subscribers.
17. The prize can be redeemed only once. Prize offered on 'NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND' basis.  Prize is non-endorsable, not transferable and non-substitutable.
18. TTML and Shemaroo shall not be liable for any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Contest, caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
19. TTML and Shemaroo shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any participant if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The subscribers shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible, through the Tata Indicom website.
20. The Contest is subject to any and all applicable local, State, Central or community laws/local customs. All winnings will be subject to local, State, and Central taxes and duties.
21. The participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
22. The terms and conditions shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
23. The decision of TTML shall be final and binding on the subscriber for any dispute in connection with this Contest.
